HIndi Lessons

Off late we've been under pressure from our family to encourage Riaan to converse in Hindi. My way has been to let him watch and listen to Hindi programmes on the ipad or some songs etc as these are his areas of interest....and then one automatically picks up the words and starts to comprehend. Ashish on the other had, when spending time with Riaan, uses the technique - " Say your numbers in HINDI!" or "TELL ME YOUR NAME IN HINDI" The outcome.... Riaan's doing his alphabet writing and practicing his phonetics...when suddenly he tells himself, HEY LETS DO THE LETTERS IN ANOTHER LANGUAGE..HINDI. a = ek b = beep c = ceet e = eat f = feet g = geep and so on......... So good...you have learnt all your Hindi letters very well!
